In Syria, at least five soldiers were killed following an Israeli air strike that targeted a military site close to the Syrian-Lebanese border. This surge of attacks coincided with the Houthis from Yemen launching a missile towards Tel Aviv early on Friday, which was intercepted by Israel’s Arrow air defense system. The Houthi movement, also known as Ansar Allah, had previously conducted an attack in July that resulted in casualties. The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has also claimed responsibility for deploying drones in the region, affirming a commitment to ongoing offensive operations against perceived enemies. Additionally, Hezbollah announced it launched rockets into Israel, targeting areas including Kiryat Ata and Tiberias.
