On December 20, a groundbreaking ceremony was conducted for the China-Aid Project of the National Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Laboratory, organized by the Ministry of Defense of Liberia. Among the attendees were Honorable Geraldine Janet George, Minister of National Defense, Cllr. N. Oswald Tweh, Minister of Justice, along with Mr. Ji Kecheng, CFO of the general contractor, Shandong Hi-Speed Group and his delegation.
Ambassador Yin emphasized that this project is a testament to China’s commitment to fulfilling the agreements reached during high-level meetings between the leadership of China and Liberia, as well as the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit. He underscored its significance as a collaboration promoting health and security between both nations.
