Conflict Escalates in Goma as Rwanda-Backed Rebels Advance

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized the need for peace talks between Congo and Rwanda. President Félix Tshisekedi is expected to address the nation amid protests in Kinshasa against Rwanda’s role in the conflict, led by opposition figure Martin Fayulu.
