The proposed plan outlines a phased reconstruction of Gaza over a duration of up to five years, establishing three designated “safe zones” for temporary relocation of Palestinians during the initial recovery phase, which is projected to last six months.
The Egyptian foreign ministry announced that the emergency Arab Summit, initially set for February 27, has been postponed following consultations with Arab nations and in coordination with Bahrain, the current chair of the Arab League Council.
