He was notably involved in the Third Republic as the National Publicity Secretary of the National Republican Convention (NRC).” Dr. Okupe also held key positions as Special Assistant to President Olusegun Obasanjo and Senior Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan, in addition to acting as a publicist for Senator Bukola Saraki and Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
In the medical field, Dr. Okupe positively impacted numerous lives, working across various public and private healthcare institutions before co-founding Royal Cross Medical Centre in Lagos State’s Obalende area.
