Effective March 15, 2025, the Malian Ministry of Mines will recommence the processing of applications for renewals of research and exploitation permits. These estimates utilize specific cut-off grades and a gold price benchmarked at $1,500 per ounce.

Moreover, Roscan has identified a potential exploration target for further resource growth ranging from 8 million tonnes at 1.0 g/t Au to 30 million tonnes at 0.8 g/t Au. This includes substantial positive exploration results outside previously defined MRE areas, indicating significant prospects for the project’s expansion.
