Jacko Koen from Okomita Properties remarked that the drop in interest rates has positively influenced property demand, leading to the development of Osona Village with various new amenities.
Marion Wolf and Lourette Liebenberg from Rightmove Properties expressed optimism for 2024, noting their focus on client service and collaborative efforts with Bank Windhoek’s consultants, which contributed to their successes. Schantal Teichmann from the Just Property Group reflected on the beneficial collaboration with the bank, anticipating continued success in property sales for 2025.
