According to data released by Argentina’s INDEC statistics agency, the monthly inflation rate reached 2.4% in February, which aligns with analyst predictions. This figure represents an increase from the 2.2% recorded in January. Over the course of the previous 12 months ending in February, inflation stood at 66.9%. While this signifies a deceleration from January’s rate of 84.5%, it still slightly exceeded the expectations of analysts surveyed by Reuters.
