Cuban and Congolese Prime Ministers Discuss Strengthening Cooperation

In a significant gesture following the meeting, Prime Minister Marrero, alongside Collinet Makosso, honored the legacy of former Congolese President Marien Ngouabi by laying a wreath at his mausoleum.
