Key Global Leaders Attend Raisina Dialogue 2025 in New Delhi

The event, attended by over 3,700 participants from approximately 130 countries, focuses on geopolitics and geoeconomics with the theme “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet.” Key topics of discussion span various thematic pillars, aiming to address pressing global issues.
On March 18, 2025, prominent international figures arrived in New Delhi for the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, including Bolivia’s Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda, Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Norway’s Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide, and Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal welcomed the dignitaries via a post on X, indicating their arrival for the significant event.
The Raisina Dialogue 2025, co-hosted by MEA and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), is currently taking place from March 17-19. This conference is recognized as India’s foremost forum on geopolitical and economic discourse, dedicated to addressing global challenges and fostering international cooperation. Nearly 3,700 participants, including over 800 speakers from around 130 countries, are partaking in these discussions.
This year’s theme, “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” will guide structured dialogues across six thematic pillars: “Politics Interrupted: Shifting Sands and Rising Tides,” “Resolving the Green Trilemma: Who, Where and How,” “Digital Planet: Agents, Agencies and Absences,” “Militant Mercantilism: Trade, Supply Chains and Exchange Rate Addiction,” “The Tiger’s Tale: Rewriting Development with a New Pen,” and “Investing in Peace: Drivers, Institutions and Leadership.”
Furthermore, the Dialogue will feature the Raisina Ideas Pod in collaboration with Firstpost, focusing on ministerial sessions addressing critical global issues. Discussions will encompass diverse topics, from Europe’s role in the Indo-Pacific to the African Union’s participation in the G20.
