At the Raisina Dialogue 2025, India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar conducted crucial meetings with foreign ministers from Ukraine, Thailand, and Peru. Discussions focused on bilateral relationships, including peace negotiations with Ukraine, cooperation on digital connectivity and food security with Thailand, and political and economic collaboration with Peru. The Raisina Dialogue 2025 took place in New Delhi from March 17-19, featuring significant meetings involving Indian External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar. Notably, he met with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and expressed appreciation for an update regarding peace negotiations in Ukraine. The inauguration of Ukraine’s new Consulate General in Mumbai was also highlighted, which promises to strengthen bilateral engagement.

Furthermore, Dr. Jaishankar engaged with Thailand’s Foreign Minister Maris Sangiampongsa, discussing topics related to digital connectivity, food security, and collaboration within the BIMSTEC framework. He characterized this interaction as a productive exchange, reaffirming the commitment to mutual cooperation.

In addition, Dr. Jaishankar met Peru’s Foreign Minister Elmer Schialer Salcedo to deliberate on enhancing bilateral political, economic, and infrastructural relations. They also facilitated the exchange of an agreement promoting information sharing between India’s National Archives and Peru’s General Archives, further solidifying their multilateral engagement.
