Oshakati Country Lodge and Burning Shore Hotel in Namibia have upgraded to Hotelogix’s cloud-based Property Management System to modernize their operations. Managed by United African Hospitality, this transition aims to enhance efficiency and guest services while ensuring a smooth migration process. Oshakati Country Lodge and Burning Shore Hotel, both located in Namibia and managed by United African Hospitality (Pty) Ltd, have transitioned to the Hotelogix cloud-based hospitality management system to modernize their operations. This move comes after departing from a well-known on-premises solution, signaling a shift towards more advanced management capabilities.

Quintin Byloo, Cluster General Manager of PHN & UAH, emphasized the necessity for a solution that eliminates operational silos and offers real-time property control. He noted that Hotelogix Cloud PMS distinguished itself due to its automation, user-friendliness, and scalability, preparing their operations for future competitive challenges.

Hotelogix facilitated an efficient transition to ensure business continuity, preventing downtime and maintaining smooth operations during the migration. They also provided comprehensive training and 24/7 support to both properties.
