This event was marked by the presence of key figures including H.E. Mr. Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., the President of Liberia, Hon. Mr. Jeremiah Kpan Koung, the Vice President, and Madam Synleseh Stephenie Dahn Koung, the Second Lady. The participation of members from the diplomatic corps and international organizations underscored the significance of this initiative.

Ambassador Yin expressed his congratulations on this pivotal development, emphasizing that it reflects the Liberian government’s commitment to human rights, particularly for individuals with disabilities.
