The Global Centre for Climate Mobility is seeking applications for the Climate Mobility Fellowship (2025-2026). The Global Centre for Climate Mobility (GCCM) invites passionate young leaders to apply for the Climate Mobility Fellowship (CMF) for the academic year 2025-2026. This fellowship aims to equip participants with essential skills, networks, and knowledge related to climate mobility, emphasizing impactful solutions in this crucial area.

The Climate Mobility Fellowship is a year-long program designed for youth from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Pacific. Selected fellows will receive comprehensive academic and practical training and participate in international forums and hands-on projects. Each fellow will also receive a stipend to facilitate their involvement throughout the duration of the fellowship.

The program will select 12 fellows, including four from Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDS), who will focus on climate mobility governance, policy development, and research strategies. They will actively contribute to global policy discussions and processes.

The fellowship will take place from June 2025 to May 2026, and will be conducted in both in-person and virtual formats. To be eligible, applicants must be aged between 18 and 30, proficient in English, and reside in or be nationals of specified regions including Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, or Pacific Island countries.

Interested candidates should submit their applications through the designated form by 15 March 2025. An introductory webinar to provide additional information will be held on 20 February 2025, for which registration is available.
