They have almost half of humanity,” he asserted.

Simultaneously, Uruguayan President Orsi engaged with Colombian President Gustavo Petro at his inauguration, discussing the advancement of high-level technological integration between Uruguay and Colombia. “We talked about South American unity and about integrating Uruguay and Colombia in the maximum of technology, which is the sapience on technological development, algorithms and artificial intelligence,” remarked Petro after their meeting.
