Representing President Yoweri Museveni, Vice President Jessica Alupo conveyed the government’s commitment to supporting the Church’s initiatives. She encouraged Bishop Rupiny to adopt a selfless service approach, affirming that shepherding the flock provides an opportunity to serve the faithful.
