He urged increased investment by Chinese enterprises in Tunisia, advocating for its potential as a gateway to larger markets in Africa, the Arab world, and the European Union. Reflecting on collaboration, he quoted, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together,” emphasizing the benefits of mutual efforts in achieving long-term goals.

In his conclusion, Elarbi remarked, “If we walk together, we can discover more. We can learn from each other. I can learn from my Chinese friends, and the Chinese friends can see another way of thinking from me.
