Wallace Karia, the President of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the third Tanzanian elected to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Executive Committee. His election was conducted during the CAF General Assembly held at the Marriot Mena House Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, where he stood unopposed to represent the CECAFA Zone. Previously, Said El Maamry and Leodegar Tenga had served on this committee.
Karia expressed his gratitude for the support from CECAFA members, stating, “I am very happy that I have been elected to serve on the CAF Executive Committee.
