Rashid highlighted that Iraq maintains good relations with neighboring countries and engages in frequent exchanges of visits with delegations from both European and Asian nations. He remarked, “We respect all our neighbors, and we have good relations with them… The era of conflict is over.”
He mentioned positive developments within Iraq, specifically the relationship between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the central government, characterized by regular dialogues and visits. Furthermore, Rashid acknowledged ongoing challenges due to a population of 46 million, with 60% born after 2003, and recognized the potential of Iraqi graduates from numerous universities.
