Pakistan Moves to Expose India and Afghanistan’s Alleged Terrorism Support

Pakistan plans to bring a UN resolution against India and Afghanistan for supporting terrorism, according to Munir Akram. Munir Akram, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN, articulated this plan during an interview on ‘Dunya Meher Bokhari Kay Sath’. He emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to unveiling India’s purported exportation of terrorism stemming from Afghan territory.

Akram underscored the urgency of Pakistan’s measures at the international level, expressing regret that steps to impose sanctions on India are often thwarted by its allies. Moreover, Pakistan recently called upon the Afghan government to take decisive action regarding the perpetrators of the Jaffar Express attack that occurred in Balochistan, with Pakistan’s Foreign Office implicating foreign elements in the act.

In a related incident on Tuesday, terrorists attacked the Jaffar Express near Sibi, leading to over 400 passengers being taken hostage. Pakistani military forces executed a successful operation to eliminate all thirty-three terrorists involved and safely rescued the hostages by Wednesday. However, it was reported that 21 civilians lost their lives before the operation commenced, and four personnel from the Frontier Corps were also martyred during the rescue efforts.
